SAP WM Consultant - Implementation & Support

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated SAP WM Consultant with a strong focus on SAP S / 4HANA to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in warehouse management processes within SAP, coupled with a proven track record of successful implementations and strong leadership capabilities. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our warehouse operations and contributing to our S / 4HANA journey.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and deliver SAP WM solutions : Drive the full lifecycle of SAP WM implementations and enhancements, from blueprinting and design to configuration, testing, and go-live support, specifically within an S / 4HANA environment.
• Expert in Warehouse Management : Apply in-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies to optimize logistics and inventory processes. This includes, but is not limited to, inbound processing, outbound processing, internal warehouse movements, physical inventory, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
• S / 4HANA Expertise : Leverage deep understanding of SAP S / 4HANA functionalities relevant to Warehouse Management, including embedded EWM, and be able to articulate the benefits and implications of S / 4HANA in a WM context.
• Brownfield Migration Support : If applicable, contribute significantly to SAP S / 4HANA brownfield migration projects, specifically in the WM module, ensuring smooth data transition and process continuity.
• Solution Design & Configuration : Translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable SAP WM solutions, performing necessary system configurations and customizations.
• Troubleshooting & Support : Provide expert-level troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution for complex SAP WM issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Work closely with cross-functional teams, business users, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Leadership & Mentorship : Potentially guide and mentor junior consultants or team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
