Role Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sustainability Consultant to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sustainability initiatives for commercial building projects, focusing on energy audits, performance simulations, and green building certification support. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to decarbonization strategies and sustainable design solutions across a diverse range of client projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive physical and virtual energy audits and performance simulations for commercial buildings.
• Develop detailed technical proposals for sustainability consulting projects.
• Perform energy modeling, daylight simulation, and lifecycle cost analysis to optimize building performance.
• Support green building certification processes including LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, and WELL, preparing and compiling submission documentation.
• Review architectural and MEP drawings to ensure sustainability compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Research and recommend sustainable materials, innovative technologies, and climate-responsive design practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients through design and construction phases to implement sustainable solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest sustainability codes, industry technologies, and best practices.
