Job Purpose
To lead sales strategy, execution, and team management across multiple residential projects in Chennai, ensuring aggressive sales targets are achieved while maintaining brand positioning and customer satisfaction.
Key Leadership
- Drive pre-launch and post-launch sales for 2-3concurrent residential projects.
- Achieve 100%+ of annual sales targets through strategic planning.
- Monitor sales velocity, inventory absorption, and revenue forecasts.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performance direct team of 8-Sales Managers and 30 -40 Sales frontline talentsConduct daily performance reviews and skill-development workshops.Market Strategy
Analyze micro-market trends and competitor activities.Design pricing models, promotional campaigns, and sales & 12-25 years in Sales and minimum last 3 years in residential real estate sales.Proven experience in launching new projects (pre-launch to sold-out phases).Track record of managing - 2 high-value residential projects (- 500+ Cr ASP) concurrently.Key Competencies
