As a partner organization of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Anudip offers professional diploma and certificate courses at training centers across India, customized to meet the needs of various sectors.
With over 100,000 students trained in 20 states, Anudip has a successful track record of placements.

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role as a Cluster Manager in Pallavaram (Chennai) at Anudip Foundation.

The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing a team, developing training programs, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of digital livelihood programs in the assigned cluster.

Qualifications :

Leadership, Team Management, and Program Development skills.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.

Experience in Training and Capacity Building.

Understanding of Digital Skills Training and Livelihood Programs.

Knowledge of Skill Development Sector and Government Policies.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
