HR Associate Recruitment Internship - INR 4000 per month

Zifcare is a boutique recruitment agency that has been set up by an IIT / IIM alumnus. We work towards matching the right roles with the right talent. Our clients are some of the top startups in their sector.

Were looking for psychology / HR / MBA students who are interested in exploring recruitment and have a few hours per day (Mon-Sat) for an internship. The working hours will be flexible up to a reasonable limit to account for students academic workload.

Responsibilities :

Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include :

1. Screening and interviewing the candidates

2. Preparing content for blogs and social media (reels / posts / articles)

3. Creating leads for Zifcare via email and LinkedIn

Stipend : INR 4000 per month

Duration : 3 months

Interview Process :

• Introductory discussion 30 min)
• Case study and follow-up interview
