1. Sales Strategy and Planning
Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Sales Targets : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Forecasting : Predict sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly to meet market demands.
2. Client Relationship Management
Customer Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Customer Service : Provide excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Sales Execution
Product Knowledge : Have in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
Negotiation : Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
Order Processing : Oversee the order process from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Distribution and Logistics
Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent shortages.
Supply Chain Coordination : Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient product distribution.
Retail Audits : Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure proper product placement and adherence to company standards.
5. Reporting and Analysis
Sales Reports : Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics and progress towards targets.
Market Insights : Analyze sales data to identify patterns and insights that can inform future strategies.
Feedback Loop : Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and product performance.
6. Team Collaboration
Coordination : Work closely with marketing, finance, and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Training : Participate in training programs to stay updated on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Mentoring : Support and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and strategies.
7. Compliance and Documentation

8. Problem-Solving
