Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to join our vibrant team at NoBroker.com, headquartered in Bangalore with the job location being in Delhi. This is a full-time role suited for professionals with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role involves managing key accounts and meeting clients' real estate needs through our innovative platform.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess strong account management abilities. Demonstrated experience in successfully managing client accounts is considered a mandatory skill.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is required, with a significant advantage for familiarity with leading platforms like Salesforce for effective client relationship management.
  • Customer relationship building skills are essential to foster strong, long-lasting connections with clients and understand their needs deeply and promptly.
  • Solid negotiation skills to navigate and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and securing successful outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Capability to perform data analysis, facilitating informed decision-making to enhance customer satisfaction and strategic business planning.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape, client behavior trends, and implement strategies that align with market demands.
  • Presentation skills are vital; the ability to communicate solutions clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders is imperative for success in this role.
  • Commitment towards continuous learning and adaptability in approach to stay updated on industry trends and consistently improve service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and deliver tailored solutions that meet client demands and expectations effectively.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts and strategize to expand client base through referral and upsell initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, resolve issues promptly, and maintain detailed records of communication and outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports on account activity, sales statistics, and progress against company goals to inform future planning and strategy.
  • Conduct market research to provide insights into industry trends that could affect client needs and business strategies, contributing to forward planning.
  • Organize and conduct client presentations, emphasizing the value proposition of NoBroker.coms unique platform and service offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining transparency and integrity in all operations and client interactions.
