Job Description :

Order Receipt and Entry :

Order Verification : Ensuring order details are complete and accurate, including customer information, products, quantities, and shipping addresses.

Inventory Management : Checking inventory levels

Shipping and Delivery Tracking :

Monitoring order status, tracking shipments, and communicating with customers about delivery times.

Customer Support : Responding to customer inquiries regarding order status

Reporting in Excel

Coordinating with Other Departments :

Working with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow and optimal customer experience.

Import : Co-ordinate with parent company for the readiness of material & Assigning freight forwarder & CHA
