Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Order Processing Executive located in Mumbai. The Order Processing Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day order processing tasks, handling communication with clients, utilizing analytical skills, ensuring timely execution of all processes part of the order processing funnel, aid in and undertake administrative and executive functions as required.

Responsibilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders
• Handle Orders Department Email ID and respond to all email queries.
• Inventory Planning & Control : Develop and maintain accurate inventory plans to meet service levels
• Purchase Order Management : Ensure timely creation, release, and tracking of purchase orders with suppliers.
• Delivery TAT Tracking and Escalation : Ensure on-time delivery of orders and escalate delays as necessary.
• Coordination with Internal Teams : Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams to improve supply chain processes.
• Handle documentation and filing tasks , ensuring organized and accessible records for Mahabull Infra Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
• Answer and handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing support.
• Assist in daily operations across functions.
• Solve on-ground issues and ensure process flow

Salary : ₹17,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 / month

Timing : 10 : 00am to 06 : 00pm
