ServiceNow HRSD Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect who will be responsible for designing and developing out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

This role involves architecting HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) applications such as HR Case Management, Enterprise On-boarding, HR Integrations, Employee Center, and HR Taxonomy.

The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development, especially in the HRSD module, and should be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Responsibilities :

• Architect and design custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HRSD applications like HR Case Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, and Integrations.
• Develop and implement custom widgets using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS, and other web technologies.
• Integrate HRSD applications with third-party systems using Web Services, SOAP / REST APIs.
• Responsible for setting up and configuring the Service Portal to deliver efficient and user-friendly HR services.
• Create and maintain documentation for both new and existing processes and custom applications on ServiceNow.
• Assist in supporting production systems, addressing issues raised by end users, and providing :
• 8 10 years of experience in IT development and ServiceNow platform administration.
• 5+ years of experience in developing applications on ServiceNow, particularly in HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and other relevant front-end technologies.
• Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using SOAP / REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Now Mobile App and supporting its integration within HRSD processes.
• Experience with extensive cross-browser testing and ensuring consistent user experience across multiple browsers.
• Experience in agile development methods, especially SCRUM.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD module design and development.
• In-depth understanding of SOAP / REST API integration within ServiceNow
