IT Executive

We are looking for a skilled IT Executive with at least one year of experience to manage and support our IT infrastructure troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth IT operations within the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hardware software networking and IT security.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical support for hardware software and network-related issues.

Install configure and maintain computers printers and other IT equipment .

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN / WAN Wi-Fi VPN).

Manage user accounts email configurations and access control .

Perform regular system updates backups and maintenance .

Ensure IT security by implementing antivirus software firewalls and security policies .

Assist in IT procurement vendor coordination and maintaining IT asset records.

Provide support for video conferencing telecommunication systems and office applications.

Document technical issues resolutions and system configurations.

Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in IT.
