Position Title : ServiceNow Engineer / Sr. ServiceNow Engineer
Location : Hyderabad / Indore
Experience : 5 -12 Yrs
- CMDB Expertise : Possesses strong knowledge and understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts and best practices.
- ServiceNow Development Skills : Proficient in ServiceNow development, including working with all available APIs.
- API Integration : Experience in utilizing ServiceNow APIs to integrate with other systems and extend platform functionality.
- Development Proficiency : Strong software development skills, capable of designing, coding, and testing solutions within the ServiceNow environment.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Maintaining the current state of the environment without any major upgradesManagement of multi-level access control rulesWorking on ServiceNow Administration Incident and Request such as :1. Access to reports
2. Handling Available alert
3. Handling Performance alert
4. Deactivate duplicate SNOW Accounts
5. Deactivate Menu Item
6. Duplicate Credential Emails
7. Mid servers Down
8. Form Update, Data Change
Modify ServiceNow Assignment GroupAdd Roles and Type to the New ServiceNow GroupRobotics Process Automation WF UpdateAdd catalog items for Job code.ServiceNow AccessDeactivate Group in ServiceNowReporting Request etc.,Customization and data load into core ServiceNow tables and transform maps.Customization of applications, tables, and UI, Workflow ConfigurationsServiceNow platform development including, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Service Catalog, Portal, Asset, CMDB, and Test Management ModulesEnsure the functionality of the existing API integration is in a working stateMinor workflow modification and Execution of Scheduled Jobs existing scheduled jobsPerform health check-ups of the ServiceNow platform performanceExperience :
5+ years of ServiceNow administration and development experience.Proficient in managing and maintaining core ServiceNow modules.Experience with workflow configurations and minor platform customizations.Technical Skills :
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and tools.Hands-on experience with API integrations, data loads, and transform maps.Familiarity with multi-level access control and security best practices.Soft Skills :
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.Education & Certifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. SNOW certifications would be a plus.
