Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships Lead and influence others including those more senior on best practices related to data engineering including SQL and BI reporting such as Qlik, Power BI. Experience on core banking domain will be preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience At least 15-20+ years of experience in Project Management and at least 2-years’ experience as Scrum Master in an Agile project. Must complete at least 20+ Agile project cycle Must have used the agile platform such as JIRA, Azure DevOps etc. SQL, database working experience in preferred. Attained the Certified Scrum Master or an equivalent qualification. Good knowledge of the commonly used agile tools and practices. Team player, Supervisory, Coaching, planning, and management skills. Strong written and communication skills. Strong inter-personal relationship.
