Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions related to Talent Management, including Performance Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Profiles. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to deliver end-to-end HCM solutions, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about leveraging Oracle's cloud technologies to drive business transformation.
Responsibilities :
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Performance Management including Career Development Plans automation, Talent Review and Succession Planning, Talent Profiles and Rating Models as per business requirements.
- Provide end-to-end functional expertise in HCM modules, from project initiation through to post go-live support.
- Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for HCM solutions.
- Design and deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions based on business needs.
- Configure Fusion HCM modules to meet specific client needs and ensure effective integrations with other Oracle modules (Finance, Procurement, etc.).
- Provide functional and technical support to users during the implementation phase and post-go Live.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper training, testing, and user adoption of the solution.
- Assist in data migration, reporting, and customization tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Oracle Fusion HCM environments.
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion HCM updates and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills :
Experience :
7–10 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
Technical Skills : Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.Functional Expertise : Deep understanding of HCM business processes, policies, and procedures.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex HCM-related issues.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).Certifications : Oracle Fusion HCM certification (preferred).Redwood and Customization experience (preferred)If interested kindly send us your updated cv at anisha@crysol.com along with below details :
