Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Writer to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional platform documentation that simplifies complex technical concepts for our users. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in creating high-quality, user-centered content within software, infrastructure, or DevOps-related fields. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and team leaders to develop comprehensive guides, tutorials, API documentation, and process diagrams, leveraging tools like Docusaurus and version control systems such as Git .

In this role, you will take ownership of organizing and maintaining modern, consistent documentation, ensuring it evolves in line with product updates and new features. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an Agile environment are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain platform documentation using Docusaurus , delivering a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce guides, tutorials, API documentation, and diagrams.
• Continuously update and improve documentation to reflect product enhancements and changes.
• Advocate for user-centric content that simplifies complex technologies.
• Manage and maintain workflows using version control systems like Git .
• Prioritize tasks effectively and align deliverables with Agile development timelines.
