About the role

Manages a large team of both experienced professionals and team leaders in AI / ML, Data Analytic Methods. Establishes key elements of short to medium-term tactical and operational plans with direct impact towards the achievement of results. Identifies new tools, technologies and methodologies to utilize in order to help grow the business. Implements strategies to add value to the business. Communicates with complex key stakeholders regarding analytical and operational plans.

Key Responsibilities :

Specific responsibilities for this position will be :

• Mentor the team on delivering COE goals
• Responsible for the delivery quality of the team
• Propose and drive excellence in the project delivery
• Scheduling and planning of projects and resources
• Stakeholder management
• Support the development and implementation of end-to-end cloud-based AI / ML and Data Analytics solutions.
• Take ownership and responsibility of deliverables (might involve a little bit of coding as well)

Required Skills :

Requirements

Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or Engineering with 13 years of experience.

Ph.D in Thermal, AI / ML / Data Analytics, Statistics, Math, or Engineering is a plus.
