Information Technology Manager

Job descriptionOversee the Zoho email platform, including troubleshooting and user support. Ensure email integration, deliverability, and performance across departments. Provide L1 and L2 support to 100+ users, including ~25% remote users. Maintain a ticketing / helpdesk system for issue tracking and resolution. Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers for escalations and complex issues. Enforce adherence to internal IT policies and cybersecurity standards. Monitor logs, network activity, backups, and ensure disaster recovery readiness. Recommend and implement improvements in IT processes, automation, and tools. Support IT budgeting, asset management, and strategic infrastructure planning. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support. Hands-on experience managing : Sophos firewalls and VPNs Database, web, file and mail servers Render farm systems Familiarity with Zoho email platform is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sophos Certified Engineer / Architect (highly preferred) Microsoft Certified : Windows Server / M365 Fundamentals CompTIA Security+ (for basic security hygiene and best practices) ITIL Foundation (for service management proficiency)

Salary : ₹12 – ₹18 LPA (based on experience and capabilities)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Onsite IT Manager to oversee and manage IT infrastructure and operations for our client at their Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will ensure uninterrupted functioning of all critical IT systems—including servers, firewalls, email platforms, and user support—while maintaining a strong focus on uptime, performance, and security.
