Senior Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join the newly formed Technology Transformation team, reporting directly to the Head of Tech Transformation. The Senior TPM plays a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of technical projects. They ensure that technology teams are aligned on important decisions, are accountable to the team, project, and company goals, and execute high-quality work efficiently.

The Senior TPM is responsible for :

• Deep diving into product requirements and design documents : They need to understand both the business value and technical aspects of the project to provide valuable feedback.
• Identifying dependencies and stakeholders : This involves creating a high-level project plan and keeping it up to date.
• Monitoring project execution and tracking risks : They ensure that the project stays on track and any potential risks are managed effectively.
• Coordinating with non-technology teams : This includes managing the launch process and handling post-launch items.
• Portfolio management : They oversee multiple projects and ensure that they align with the overall business & technology strategy.
• Technology Transformation : Support the CTO / Head of Technology Transformation with MIS reporting, executive presentations and communications, strategy
