Zscaler is looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Go-to-Market (GTM) business applications to lead and drive key initiatives. You will play a key role in driving the successful deployment, enhancement, and integration of GTM systems and applications. Your expertise in project management, combined with your in-depth understanding of GTM processes and applications, will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our IT and GTM operations. This position requires a highly driven individual with demonstrated experience in delivering top cross-functional GTM programs in fast paced technical environments. The ideal candidate will be able to drive consensus and provide direction to multiple cross-functional stakeholders and proactively manage program management functions and communication. You will be reporting to Manager, Program Management. You will :

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex technical projects related to GTM business applications. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and in alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of GTM technology initiatives.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among different teams and track performance against agreed upon commitments, managing issues and risks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Create project documentation, including executive-level communications, dashboards, project plans and status reports. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
• Enable annual planning, prioritization and visibility to all initiatives throughout their full lifecycle. Conduct portfolio reviews with the Governance Board and provide reporting on overall performance of the portfolio.
