Managing After Sales Business for Industrial division and meeting the annual targets Handling Service queries, complaints from customers and deputing Service engineers to address the issues. Preparing Revenue Reports, Engineer utilization reports etc & submission on time Managing Service teams and ensuring utilization of engineers to the optimum levels Training Service Engineers on Renk products and ensuring competency and skill development to Renk standards Responsibility towards achievement of ISO or any such standards from time to time. Optimization of systems & procedures including MTBF Implementation CRM tools for Renk India
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 12–15 years of relevant experience in aftermarket and service management Deep knowledge of industrial gearboxes, especially cement mill and high-speed turbo gearboxes Strong leadership, customer management, and reporting skills Experience with ISO standards and CRM implementation
