Responsibilities Proactively hunt for target organizations (with ex-pat presence) / business prospects through cold calls, referrals, market updates, and databases. Network with international corporates to develop client base. Penetrate organizations via current clientele, and heads of HR & Admin / decision-makers, irrespective of nationality of ex-pats. Understand how they can benefit from our group services.
Generate leads for multiple verticals. Set-up cross-selling meetings. Implement business models to create new ventures. Lead negotiations and drive deal closures. Significantly contribute to corporate brand strategy. Support other marketing efforts. Utilize social media to generate leads. Gain membership of industry / business forums / Chambers of Commerce. Strengthen rapport in key accounts / ongoing assignments. Contribute significantly to complex large pitches / transactions and strategies. Reach out to leaders for support. Design and present client proposals, contracts. Ensure required documentation in place. Handover clients with thorough briefings to account management teams / representatives in each vertical, and keep a check on services."
