Job Description :

CtrlS Datacenter is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing complex IT infrastructure environments. You will play a critical role in driving our infrastructure strategy, covering both private and public cloud technologies, enterprise storage, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and deploy medium to large-scale IT infrastructure solution architectures tailored to organizational needs.
• Lead the implementation and management of private and public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
• Architect and administer enterprise-class Storage, Server, and SAN infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure optimal performance and scalability of operating systems, networking components, and virtualized environments.
• Apply deep cybersecurity principles in infrastructure design and ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues and manage critical escalations with speed and precision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-availability, secure, and resilient IT infrastructure services.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering skill development through guidance and structured training & Skills :
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IAAS, with proven expertise in architecture design and deployment.
• Proficiency in technologies including enterprise storage, SAN, servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and networking.
• In-depth understanding of services offered by Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address and resolve complex infrastructure and system-level issues.
• Experience in leading teams and delivering technical training sessions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
