Job description8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and administration. Strong expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud & Service Cloud. Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL. Experience with AI-powered automation in Salesforce is a plus. Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns (REST / SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools). Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Education Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Job Summary :
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect with 8-10 years of experience specializing in Salesforce Education Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development, architecture, and integration, along with leadership capabilities to guide teams and drive AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Salesforce Education Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement AI-driven enhancements within Salesforce to optimize workflows and automation.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and governance.
- Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend new features for adoption
