Job Description
We are looking for a proactive communicator to deliver on strategic corporate communications and engagement. The candidate shall be exposed to a dynamic environment working with multiple stakeholders to sharpen and deliver on our brand strategy. This role requires a strong focus on technical writing with Product & Technology teams, eagerness to learn and drive engagement across channels.
Content Creation & Execution (Written & Visual) Produce impactful communication assets such as newsletters, social media posts, website content, emailers, and presentations ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging to support business objectives. Drive brand storytelling through well-researched case studies, blog posts, video scripts, and technical content that translate complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences. Manage coordination with designers, agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of creative assets that support key campaigns and initiative
Internal Communications Execute high-engagement internal campaigns and employee initiatives that enhance organizational culture and alignment. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure clear, consistent internal messaging across platforms, reinforcing company values and updates.
Social & Digital Communications Plan, create and manage social media content to build thought leadership and increase brand visibility among target audiences. Analyze performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements to increase reach, engagement and effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Project & Campaign Management Lead end-to-end execution of communication rollouts and integrated campaigns—ensuring alignment with goals, timely delivery and cross-functional coordination. Maintain detailed content calendars, enabling proactive planning, consistent messaging and efficient execution across all communication touchpoints.
Desired Profile Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing or English is preferred. 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications in a technology – product or services company, preferably payments Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and multitasking ability. Experience using tools like MS Office, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar content scheduling tools. Ability to write technical content pieces that simplify complex topics while maintaining accuracy and clarity for both expert and non-expert audiences. A team player who is proactive, organized, adaptable and solution oriented.
Minimum Qualification Minimum qualification is graduation. MBA is an added advantage.
