Role Overview

You’ll take charge of our core accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring that numbers tell the real story of our business. You will be the go-to person for financial clarity and reporting discipline, helping leadership steer decisions based on data. The role also includes hands-on exposure to the tools, processes, and challenges that drive a high-growth company.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Management
• Record, verify, and reconcile all transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and bank reconciliations.
• Invoice management : Issuance, verification, and tracking of client and vendor invoices
• Assist in monthly / quarterly financial closures
• Manage accounts payable / receivable reports
• Liaise with external accountants for tax filings, audits, and compliance
• MIS Reporting
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Analyze and summarize sales, purchases, cash flows, supplier settlements, customer aging, and key financial KPIs
• Create dashboards and trend analyses to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
• Maintain structured reports for vendor performance, category performance, and operational costs.
• Process Improvements
• Identify gaps in the accounting and reporting processes and suggest improvements.
• Support in setting up automation tools or templates for better reporting
