Requirements

What you need : Proven experience as a Network Engineer,in a Level 2 support role. Strong understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work in a team environment. Flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including weekends, for maintenance activities.
