About the Role :

We are looking for a Technical Manager QA to lead and scale our quality assurance efforts across automation, performance, and microservices-based systems . The ideal candidate is hands-on with Playwright , experienced in Performance Testing, and has a solid understanding of Microservices architecture and modern QA Responsibilities :

• Lead QA strategy and execution across manual and automation teams.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable Playwright automation frameworks (JavaScript / TypeScript). Cypress.
• Conduct and manage Performance Testing (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).
• Own E2E test planning, strategy, and reporting for assigned products.
• Ensure quality in Microservices-based environments, including API and integration testing.
• Collaborate closely with Dev, DevOps, and Product teams in Agile / CICD environments.
• Explore and implement AI-powered testing tools as part of QA transformation.
• Mentor and guide a growing QA team to improve processes and Skills :
• 8+ years in QA, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in test automation using Performance testing tools expertise : JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Solid understanding of Microservices, API testing, and service-based architectures.
• Proficient with CI / CD tools, BDD frameworks, and test management platforms.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management :
• Experience in the Telecom domain.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes)
