Deployment : On-site (Hybrid - 2-3 days / week) at a global consulting firm specializing in commercial analytics and strategy for the healthcare and life sciences industry

About the Role :

We are looking for a Pharma Analytics Consultant / Senior Analyst to join the growing analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional consulting teams on-site at one of the world's leading healthcare and life sciences consulting firms. You will play a key part in driving insights that shape brand strategies, especially around product launches, market access, and customer engagement.

This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence commercial decisions in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and data needs during pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases of healthcare brands.
• Develop and implement predictive models, forecasting frameworks, and segmentation analyses (e.g., clustering) to support business initiatives.
• Analyze large datasets including patient-level data (APLD), Rx data, call activity logs, and market access datasets.
• Design and deliver compelling presentations and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Write efficient, scalable code in Python or R, and work with SQL for querying large databases.
• Interpret data insights to deliver actionable recommendations to clients across geographies.

Ideal Candidate Profile : 3-10 years in business analytics, preferably within the pharma / healthcare / life sciences domain.
