Key Responsibilities :
1. Collections & Receivables Management :
- Monitor outstanding receivables and overdue accounts to improve cash flow.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments with customers and sales teams.
- Drive collection efficiency through proactive engagement and dispute resolution.
- Reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and improve working capital management.
2. Dispute Resolution & Customer Coordination :
Investigate payment discrepancies, debit notes, and claim settlements.Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams to resolve disputes and ensure smooth collections.Negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers in cases of financial distress.3. Compliance & Reporting :
Maintain audit-ready documentation for credit approvals, payment collections, and risk assessments.Prepare MIS reports on collections, credit risk, aging analysis, and bad debt provisions.Must haves :
