Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our global Finance team. This role is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely collections and resolution of billing issues. Though based in India, this position supports our finance operations in the United States and the United Kingdom, requiring regular interaction with international teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage collection of outstanding receivables through calls and emails.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Identify high-risk accounts and escalate concerns to leadership when necessary.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams.
• Process credit and debit adjustments, and create manual invoices where needed.
• Maintain accurate and current records in the billing system and ensure electronic invoicing contacts are updated.
• Reconcile accounts and follow up on overpayments, duplicate payments, and refunds.
• Generate reports and perform account analysis to track collection efforts and account status.
• Collaborate daily with US and UK-based finance teams through chats, emails, or Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 47 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections in a corporate or large business environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively across global teams.
• Experience with billing software and ERP systems is a plus.
