Job roles

• Operation and maintenance of the IP network devices and connectivity to local market CISCO 9k, 12k, ASR, routers, Juniper-MX960, Alcatel -7750, Other connected IP network elements
• Continuous 24
• 7 hours support of IP Core Network
• Handling Network complaints- Incident management.
• HW and SW Fault analysis and resolution, service continuity assurance, disaster recovery, RMA
• NNI build / migration, Software & hardware upgrade activity support.
• Build & activation (AS1273) for Peering / Backbone network
• Support for high profile (IVC, IOT, IPX etc.) service activation / migrations etc.
• Troubleshooting and configuration experience related MPLS, routing protocols, IPsec

Must have technical / professional qualifications :

IPSec technologies.
