Novac Technology Solutions is looking for an experienced
Payroll Specialist
to lead payroll operations for a workforce of over
5,000 employees
salary processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI)
team handling
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing. Handle end-to-end payroll for
5000+ employees,
ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Review and approve payroll inputs, outputs, and reports from the team. Oversee and guide the payroll team on
PF, ESI, TDS
and other statutory components. Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve escalations. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Compliance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations. Maintain payroll records and documentation for audits and reporting. Train and mentor team members to improve performance and process knowledge. Ensure all statutory returns are filed within the due dates.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
4 to 7 years
of hands-on payroll experience with at least
2+ years of team handling experience
PF, ESI, payroll software, and statutory compliance
5000+ employees
