Asst. Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Releasing the Imports parts schedule as per the BMW firm releases / Kit Plan.
• Ensure the supplier order releases to the Import supplier through SAP.
• MPS & MRP run for all imports bought out parts.
• Co-ordinate with the Freight forwarders for pickup schedules.
• Monitoring the imports schedule releases vs actual pickup adherence.
• Monitoring the Import GIT & ETA.
• Ensure the Duty payment releases and get the material at on time.
• Monitoring the plant Imports Inventory with respect to N 3 customer forecast to avoid Obsolescence stock.
• Ensure the Imports GRN done at On time.
• Vendor reconciliation for all Imported parts on Monthly basis.
• Resolving the Import supplier issues and ensure smooth supply.
• Account the Freight forwarder bills at on time.
• Involvement with Engineering team for New part launches & BOM creation for new projects.
• Premium freight control for imports parts.
• Monitor the customer schedule and align the supplier schedules as per the customer order changes.
• Responsible for Quantity & Quality verification of the Imported parts.
• Over-all in & Out control of all Import parts.
