Role Overview
As the
Chief Marketing Manager , you will lead all performance-based marketing efforts across our skincare division. You’ll oversee digital campaign strategy, paid media optimization, budget management, and the development of a high-performing marketing team. This is a strategic leadership role aimed at driving aggressive growth while keeping brand integrity and customer experience at the core.
Requirements 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth leadership roles. Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable marketing ROI. Strong understanding of paid media (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube), CRM tools, and analytics platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work with urgency, own outcomes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality output.
Responsibilities
Revenue Targets & Performance Marketing : Lead marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms with a focus on ROI and high ROAS. Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively. Drive consistent growth in sales and customer acquisition while lowering CAC. Monitor campaign KPIs daily and deliver data-driven optimizations.
Innovation, Insights & Problem Solving : Develop sophisticated strategies using analytics, trends, and proven best practices. Conduct deep research to identify new growth opportunities. Challenge existing approaches, foster experimentation, and proactively solve business problems. Stay updated with industry trends and integrate relevant innovations into strategy.
Output & Efficiency (Project Management) : Plan and execute sprint-based quarterly marketing plans. Maintain high speed and quality of execution. Prioritize and focus team resources on high-impact tasks and urgent initiatives. Lead rapid iteration cycles and unblock execution bottlenecks.
Diligence & Quality Control : Take thorough meeting notes and track all tasks to completion using tools like Trello. Implement quality control systems to ensure error-free output across all team deliverables. Align final client work and campaigns with brand standards and executive expectations. Ensure consistent and accurate brand messaging across platforms.
Team Leadership & Collaboration : Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing marketing team. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Coordinate effectively across sales, ops, and creative departments. Promote learning and development through mentorship, performance reviews, and structured feedback sessions. Organize team-building initiatives and drive strong internal communication.
