Amaara is expanding its inside-sales team to bring more neighbourhood clinics onto our cloud Clinic Management platform. If you love engaging new customers over the phone, demoing intuitive software, and guiding prospects from first call to paid subscription, we’d like to meet you.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively contact clinics nationwide via phone, email and WhatsApp to introduce Amaara’s clinic-management solution.
- Run concise demos that showcase appointment booking, calendar integration and basic billing workflows.
- Set up trial accounts, train staff and doctors, monitor early usage and address questions until the clinic is comfortable.
- Convert successful trials into paid subscriptions, handling pricing, basic ROI discussions and electronic paperwork.
- Record all activities and next steps in the CRM, ensuring clear pipeline visibility for the wider team.
- Relay common objections and feature requests to Product and Marketing for continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; 2+ years of inside-sales, telesales or customer-support experienceConfident phone presence, clear written communication and fluency in English plus Hindi or another major regional language.Basic tech and numeracy skills—comfortable sharing screens, navigating web and mobile apps and explaining simple value calculations.Self-driven, goal-oriented and able to manage high call volumes without supervision.Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho or similar) is an advantage; healthcare exposure is a plus but not mandatory.
