Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Sales Executive to join our team. The role focuses on identifying potential customers, generating high-quality leads, and setting up meetings or demos for the sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and understands the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients through outbound calls, emails, , and other digital platforms.
- Understand target segments such as Universities, or corporate L&D teams and Marketing team.
- Meet customers as per business requirements
- Promote EdTech products such as Content development, eLearning and Digital Marketing
- Schedule meetings, demos, or introductory calls for senior sales representatives.
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to nurture prospects through the pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with campaigns.
- Track and report lead generation metrics (calls, emails, conversions).
- Stay informed about the company’s products / services and industry trends.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing (B2B or B2C).Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).Ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.Experience using MS Office, and sales automation software.Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.Preferred :
Experience in [industry : e.g., EdTech, SaaS, IT, Training , etc.].Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, Sales Navigator.Knowledge of basic sales methodologies.
