Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system.
• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay informed about market trends and innovative recruitment strategies.
