- Source candidates from job boards, professional networks and referrals
- Conduct initial calls with candidates
- Confirm salary expectations with candidates
- Submit qualified candidates to the client
- Screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates before initial calls.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Collect and provide feedback to candidate's post-interview.
