Must have or complete in 6 months :
ITIL v4 Foundation
Microsoft Certified Fundamentals (MS-900 / AZ-900)
CompTIA A+ / N+
Basic certifications in Windows, O365, or Network Support
Technical Skills :
Knowledge of Windows, AD, O365, VPN, and networking
Basic understanding of ITIL processes
ITSM tool experience is a plus
