Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION : Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate strong analytical and statistical skills towards taking complex business problems, wide variety of quantitative data, and provide structured and data-supported practical solutions towards optimizing shipping problems.
• Serve as a trusted partner to business units, translating complex analytical results into business insights, create necessary tools / reports to monitor and ensure program success.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the shipping analytics team.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

Expectations :

Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, and Excel. Proficiency in a statistical programming language like R or Python would be a plus.

Strong Problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Should have experience in A / B Testing.

High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and documentation.

Proven track record of using analytics to drive significant business impact, creating deep-dives and presenting work efficiently.

Good communication skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications :

B.Tech in a quantitative field like Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics etc.

3 to 5 years of experience, at least 3 years of relevant analytics experience
