IndusInd Bank - System Analyst - UAT

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage Finacle CBS Customization team including oversight of change management processes
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed system requirements and conduct feasibility studies
• Manage and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-signoff deployment of patches into production
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications and databases
• Ensure smooth integration, implementation, and testing of APIs, managing their full lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
• Prepare and deliver occasional technical presentations and documentation for stakeholders
