Job Title : Business Analyst – Flexcube (Banking Domain)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with domain expertise in Flexcube and core banking systems . The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, gap analysis, documentation, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to implement and support Flexcube-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessment on existing Flexcube modules.
• Work closely with business users to understand functional needs in Retail / Corporate banking, Loans, Payments, or Trade Finance.
• Prepare BRD, FSD , and UAT scenarios for new enhancements and modules.
• Liaise with development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
• Support testing phases including UAT and production validation.
• Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support as needed.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met in banking processes.
