The Quality Analyst will support a government project by ensuring quality control, compliance, and continuous improvement in line with government standards and project goals. The role involves analyzing processes, developing test cases, conducting audits, and creating reports to help maintain the quality of deliverables and enhance project performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement QA processes, policies, and standards for the project.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality assessments of project deliverables and processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance quality and compliance.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts to validate system functionality.
- Ensure software, services, and products meet both government standards and user requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on project systems and applications.
- Maintain detailed documentation of QA processes, test cases, and results.
- Compile and present QA reports, including trends, findings, and improvement recommendations.
- Create and maintain checklists, guidelines, and quality-related documentation.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to align quality objectives.
- Monitor and review project workflows to ensure compliance with government standards.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications :
B.Tech / MCA / M.tech from reputed university3+ years of experience as a Quality AnalystProven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or testing, ideally in a government or public sector project.Proficiency with QA tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, Quality Center) and familiarity with automated testing frameworks.Strong understanding of regulatory standards, compliance requirements, and quality frameworks in government projects.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
