ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identifying and reaching out to key stakeholders / clients, generating outbound leads.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals, including setting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to achieve those goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and product / service enhancements.
- Creating a clear sales funnel for the assigned vertical and use cases.
- Provides weekly reports on business development and sales activities, presents quarterly territory reviews and plans for next quarter.
- Track sales performance, provide regular reports to senior leadership, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences.
SKILL SET REQUIREMENT
10+ years of outbound sales in IT based software products preferably.Sales Strategy and Execution : Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.Client Relationship Management : Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Expertise in preparing sales presentations and delivering to top level managers of clients, customers, and prospects.
