DynPro - Technical Lead - Windows Server

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Windows administrators and engineers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
• Windows Server Administration : Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments (e.g., Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Active Directory Management : Oversee the entire lifecycle of Active Directory services, including design, implementation, replication, domain services, DNS, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Group Policy Management : Expertly design, implement, and manage complex Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Group Policy Preferences (GPP) to ensure standardized configurations, security settings, and efficient user environment management.
• PowerShell Scripting : Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks, system administration, reporting, and configuration management across the Windows infrastructure.
• Windows OS Troubleshooting : Provide expert-level Windows OS troubleshooting for complex issues affecting server and client performance, stability, and connectivity.
• System Performance & Security : Monitor system performance, implement security hardening measures, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other infrastructure teams (networking, storage, security), application teams, and project managers to deliver integrated Skills & Qualifications :
