Role Description

As a Full Stack Engineer – MERN , you will play a key role in building and scaling our core web applications. You will work across the entire product lifecycle , from system architecture and API development to front-end interfaces, ensuring a seamless and high-performance experience for users.

You’ll collaborate with our cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to ship features quickly and efficiently . This is an exciting opportunity to build innovative products in a high-growth, AI-driven startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Build intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using React.js and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
• Create secure, efficient, and well-documented RESTful APIs and backend logic.
• Optimize application performance across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to turn complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software development best practices.
• Maintain and improve code quality through code reviews and unit testing.
• Work with CI / CD pipelines and deployment environments (e.g., Vercel, Heroku, AWS).
• Troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and continuously monitor and improve system performance.
