Role Description

As a Full Stack Engineer – MERN , you will play a key role in building and scaling our core web applications. You will work across the entire product lifecycle , from system architecture and API development to front-end interfaces, ensuring a seamless and high-performance experience for users.

You’ll collaborate with our cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to ship features quickly and efficiently . This is an exciting opportunity to build innovative products in a high-growth, AI-driven startup environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
Build intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using React.js and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
Create secure, efficient, and well-documented RESTful APIs and backend logic.
Optimize application performance across devices and browsers.
Collaborate with product and design teams to turn complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software development best practices.
Maintain and improve code quality through code reviews and unit testing.
Work with CI / CD pipelines and deployment environments (e.g., Vercel, Heroku, AWS).
Troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and continuously monitor and improve system performance.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in full-stack web development.

Strong experience with the MERN stack : MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS (including Tailwind or SCSS), and JavaScript / TypeScript .

Proficiency in creating responsive UIs and integrating APIs.

Familiarity with authentication systems (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

Knowledge of database design, schema modeling, and data structures.

Experience with Git, GitHub, and Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting .

A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow with the team .

Nice to Have

Experience with serverless frameworks (e.g., AWS Lambda, Firebase).

Exposure to AI, voice tech

Familiarity with testing tools like Jest, Mocha, Cypress.

Background in building B2B SaaS platforms.
