We're Hiring : CRM Executive / Coordinator / Head Designer

Location-1 : Saraswati Vihar, Near Pitampura Metro Station

Location-1 : MG Road, Near Sultanpur Metro Station

Experience in Interior Design / Customer Relations preferred

Are you a people person with a flair for interiors? We’re looking for a CRM Executive / Coordinator to be the face of our brand and deliver exceptional experiences to every client who walks into our furniture studio.

Your Role will Involve :

Welcoming clients to the store / studio and making them feel at home

Introducing them to our furniture collections and sharing our design philosophy

Explaining how we work — from Concept to Execution

Coordinating with I nterior Designers, Head Designers and Store Managers to ensure a seamless client experience

Acting as a bridge between the client and the design team for follow-ups, feedback, and service

What We’re Looking For :

• A background or understanding of interior design / furniture
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Confidence in presenting and walking clients through our offerings
• Friendly, professional, and proactive approach
• Ability to coordinate internally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
