Department : B2B Sales & Reports to : Partnership Manager
Role Overview : The Relationship Manager will play a critical role in company’s B2B vertical by forging strong partnerships with study abroad admission consultants. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with consultants, secure 100% student referrals, and maintain strong, lasting relationships to ensure that company is their preferred loan partner for all their students.
Key responsibilities :
- Partnership Development : Identify and onboard new study abroad admission consultants. Build rapport and create partnerships that result in consistent student referrals.
- Client Relationship Management : Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing consultants through regular in-person meetings, phone calls, and networking events.
- Achieve Referral Targets : Ensure 100% of students going abroad through partnered consultants are referred to company for loans, driving student referral numbers.
- Market Insights : Gather insights from consultants about student preferences, market demands, and competitor offerings to improve service and partnership strategies.
- Consultant Engagement : Organize and participate in events, webinars, or seminars to educate consultants and their students about company's offerings.
- Issue Resolution : Act as the key point of contact for any consultant-related queries or issues. Resolve matters in a professional and timely manner to ensure strong partnership bonds.
- Reporting : Track and report key metrics, including referral rates, consultant satisfaction, and loan approvals. Provide regular updates to senior management.
Preferred Skills and Experience -
Experience : Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B sales or relationship management, preferably in the education or finance sector.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present professionally and persuasively to consultants and partners.Travel : Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory to meet consultants and partners face-to-face.Negotiation & Persuasion : Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to ensure consultants exclusively refer students to company for financing solutions.Relationship-Building : Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.Target-Driven : Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growthWork Timings - 10 AM - 7 PM (With Alternate Saturdays & Fixed Sundays Off)
