We are currently seeking a Procurement Systems Lead to join our Procurement team.
- Fixed-term contract for a 6-month duration
- Working Monday to Friday, based at our new West Perth office
- Flexible / hybrid working arrangements supported including working from home
Reporting to our General Manager - Procurement, the role will focus on :
Managing all procurement systems, processes and dataDriving process improvementDevelopment of data sources to ensure accuracy, availability of information, and commercial decision makingKey responsibilities will include :
Contributes to efficient use of procurement systems and processes with key stakeholders.Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for Procurement systems, processes, and data requirements.Supports procurement system users with the provision of training and documentation.Monitors system usage and compliance, providing agreed reporting to support efficiency and compliance.Develops procurement data sources and presentation to ensure consistency of information.About you
You have proven experience with procurement systems and processes. You have a continuous improvement mindset and take pride in your ability to improve procurement performance across your organisation. You will also bring :
Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skillsRecent experience managing data related to procurementTertiary qualifications in a related discipline will be highly regarded but are not essentialWorking with Bethanie
